SMHS HealthReady Pipeline

Translating new possibilities for treatments and patient care into standard practice

SMHS HealthReady Pipeline

Logo reads South Metropolitan Health Service HealthReady PipelineInnovation has always been central to change.

Over the decades, innovation has introduced new possibilities for treatments and patient care, enhancing and saving lives, and turning best ideas into standard practice.

The South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) HealthReady Pipeline is our pathway for health start-ups and innovators to introduce, test and validate their products and ideas.

Our pipeline will make a positive difference by making ideas and innovations health ready; helping to bring new innovations to patients quicker.

As the first of its kind in the Western Australian (WA) public health system, the pipeline provides a chance to collaborate directly, safely and quickly with clinical experts to collect real-world data and feedback.

With the SMHS catchment area encompassing one quarter of WA’s population (that’s more than 650,000 people), the HealthReady Pipeline offers innovators a sizable market within for validation, making your idea easily scaled to WA and Australian markets.

The SMHS HealthReady Pipeline has the potential to significantly accelerate healthcare innovation and commercialisation in Western Australia and Australia.

Be a part of the change, empowering innovation and transforming healthcare one step at a time.
